In all seriousness TE makes me achieve the most out of time spent in the gym. Having been a member of Greens in the past I would regularly do the minimal effort with the least amount of knowledge of what I was wanting to achieve and then end up in the sauna soon after this. I now do a mixture of private PT sessions for weights etc and group sessions for CV etc. Gavin also understands the science of health and diet and not just dos and don'ts in the gym. There are no typical 'meat head' posers that you find in many gyms, making it a much more relaxed and friendly place to spend time at. Book a free taster session now!
