- Jennifer Perren Review added: 2018.01.04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am really reviewing the after sales service as we were very pleased with Nik Dennis's workmanship and the metal work he did was of a good quality and to the design we agreed.
Nik promised faithfully he would return at any point if we had problems. Sure enough when the gates had some very minor teething problems and wouldn't open he responded promptly.
Last April I contacted Nik as the larger of the two gates on the drive has dropped on its hinges and drags across the drive meaning we have to gently lift it every time we need them to close. The tongue and groove wooden panel have swollen to such an extent they are completely buckled, have distorted the frame and look a real mess. In April 2016 Nik promised he would attend the site, I sent him a text confirming our availability but we have never seen or heard from him since. I have just emailed him again and left a voicemail but absolutely nothing. We are happy and expecting to pay for the repairs but still no Nik!
